Where do I start. Sara seems cheap in the beginning, but really it’s all a scam. Where she makes her money is delaying proceedings, asking for unnecessary documents & over all taking way longer to get things wrapped up. As well – she is unprofessional in the way she speaks about the other party. Belittling & making unnecessary comments. I have spoke with multiple people who have used her & it’s all the same story. Do not use Sara Baldwin. She shouldn’t be allowed to practice.

Divorce is nothing less of an emotional hardship! It’s a scary, trying and stressful process. Sarah was not only friendly, she was a feisty lawyer who cares for what is best for her client. I am so happy she was recommend to me by a close friend. She responded to emails quickly with professionalism and attention to detail. Although I ended up getting what I want, there was so much stress and frustration. I’ve spent thousands on papers we didn’t use once in court. There small little hidden fees. My case was a custody issue so dealing with my daughter was very hard and emotional for me. That being said I would have appreciated more compassion , understanding and listening from Sarah. I felt like I wasn’t heard and the answers I would give we’re shoved to the side or some how not good enough. If it weren’t for her assistance who is an angel. I’m not sure I would have stayed. Over all I did get that I wanted but it was about $10,000 to cry and stress out. Everyone has there opinion.

I was going through a year long and terrible divorce. Nothing the other side did got her off track. Sarah had no problems texting or calling the other attorney while he was playing golf. She was always there for my text, email and evening calls. She was quick to get back to me. She really cares about her clients. She cares about what is best for you and she will fight for you. There was times I was ready to give up and she would let me know I was in the right. I will recommend her to very highly.

Despite the complications involved (I am from out of state), Sarah sounded confident that she could get sole custody for me. And she did. She and Mesa were always there to calm me down when this case made me anxious, they made sure I understood the legal processes at work and that I understood my options. They treated me fairly and handled my case aptly. Best decision I made this year.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was told at my consult that she had years of experience, she does not perform as a professional attorney. Her staff failed to properly file my case documents, they withheld documents from opposing counsel and same documents were requested multiple times to resubmit. I was charged multiple times for same documents. I wasted time and money on this attorney. She didn’t handle either of my 2 cases in a professional manner. I was charged for her to review how to submit documents to the court, that was never completed or filed. I feel this attorney preys on people who need advice and direction- I failed to get advice that should have been provided. Over charged and falsified double billing, when I left this attorney failed to respond about false billing and double billings. I show have reported her to the Oregon Bar Association. But it’s too late now.This attorney is unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Don’t hire her, you’ll regret it. Straight to the point: 5 stars, hands down, If you want someone that truly cares about what is best for you and has a passion to go above and beyond to achieve your goals look no further but please continue to read. My personal experience with O’Neill & Baldwin was with family law, more specifically divorce and child custody. Sarah Baldwin took a situation that I believed would never play out in my favor; as the father of my young daughter and knowing my particular county places a large emphasis on the mother being the primary parent, despite father’s actual role, I believed I would be looking at the county’s Model Parenting Plan, In short meaning only seeing my daughter 2 hours a day – 3 times a week, with only 2 overnights a month, That was not a option for me. After the dust and debris settled I ended up with only a handful of days short of a 50/50 parenting plan but in return for a few days of the year we were able to achieve a general judgement that guarantees the decisions made for my daughter will always be in her best interest.
