Edward ORielly is the most incompetent attorney I have ever known or heard about. He represented me in a Breath Analyzer Refusal before the Registry. On the date of the hearing he showed up two hours late with no documents not even a briefcase and was in a hurry to get out of there to see a sick relative in the hospital. I was transported from the police station to the hospital and could not have refused. The Police stated the time I refused was the same time the ambulance report had me in the ambulance on a monitor. All he needed to do was document the times of the night from the medical and police reports. He did not do this and I lost my license for 6 months. When I appealed in court the judge asked OReilly for the detailed times of the night and he said he “DID NOT HAVE THEM”. Again OREILLY LOST MY APPEAL by malpractice or incompetence. He is the WORST CHOICE YOU WILL EVER MAKE!
