Not good. I paid the attorney $5000 and she stated to me by phone that most, but not all of it,would be used. However, they kept all the money and NEVER finished the case. Never advocated,never talked to anyone. It was my late mother’s estate, and she had taken a grant that was stolen by a contractor who was prosecuted. Now new York state wanted the grant paid back,even though the contractor had taken a chunk without doing the work. The.attorney never actually helped me,.and none of them ever defended me. The attorney never spoke to anyone to present my case. They asked for thousands more money to continue.
