Very slow to return calls. It takes a week or more to get a call back. It’s better to show up in person if you need information or updates. They do great in court though.

If I can give it a 0 I definitely would. Ana was super rude and unprofessional! I thought paralegal assistants were supposed to be smart and professional. She hung up on me because I didn’t want to give her my last name, wow! She is causing her law firm to lose business and is making her law firm look super unprofessional. She even told me to go with another lawyer before even speaking to the lawyer about my case. I will definitely not be recommending this law firm. Ana should absolutely not be working there especially if she hates her job that much! Good luck with having Ana there!!
