hey mr.owen how bout you get a bill passed that allows inheritance theft to be prosecuted in criminal court a lot of laws get broken during inheritance theft such as fraud, obtaining property by false pretense forgery theft of last will and testaments ect..but somehow pertaining to inheritance theft its civil .Inheritance theft is not a victimless crime i know first hand something needs to be done .its sickening that someone could claim to be someones son and its accepted without documentation and when its pointed out it cant be ignore and swept under the rug
