A friend here in Savannah recommended them to me, as I’m not from here. I called for a free consultation and discussed my case with Mr. Owens. He sent Lucy on the military base to answer any of my questions, go over all of the paperwork, and etc. I decided to pursue my case with the assistance of Mr. Owens, just for the fact that he and his staff seemed to really have my best interest at heart. They also were really friendly and hospitable throughout the entire process, from coming to my home and every time I needed to visit the office. Additionally the consistent correspondences between myself, Mr. Owens, and one of his assistants Nicole, I never felt left in the dark about the status of my case. Mr. Owens and his staff relay information via email, mailed letters, and phone calls for nearly every correspondence. You are able to easily access any information you need about your case in various formats.Furthermore, every step of the process of the case was easy to comprehend, and when I did have questions Mr. Owens and his staff answered all of my questions and put me at ease about everything, never making me feel like I was a nuisance and just another case in their books.
