Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, ValueVery unprofessional. He failed to provide notice to me of court requirements. I almost defaulted because of his failure to act. The only reason I didn’t was because Covid happened to slow down the court and give them more leniency than is typical. He also encouraged me to not settle and to have a hearing to allow my fiancee to be able watch my children. At the hearing he did absolutely nothing the entire time while the opposing attorney convinced the judge to disallow her from contact with my kids at all. He was an utter waste of 10k. I fired him and hired another attorney who was able to actually do the job for much less. This guy only cares about golf. Save yourself time, stress and money and go with any other option. Every time we tried to schedule an appointment to talk about the case we either did not receive a response or would have to call multiple times before getting any kind of response. And the response was usually extremely vague. We had to look into getting a new lawyer. Pak is not refunding any of our 8,000 and make it seem like he’s doing us a favor by giving us our boat title and keys back. We gave Pak 8,000 for him to do absolutely nothing. He “skimmed” through some statements but that’s all. Every time we tried to schedule an appointment to talk about the case we either did not receive a response or would have to call multiple times before getting any kind of response. I have read through many of these reviews and most of them are very disingenuous reviews from opposing attorney clients which showed me he’s done a great job for his actual client. Others are from guys who wouldn’t pay. Upon explaining my case he told me his price. Therefore I knew what i was walking into. I retained Mr. Pak for a custody issue. He is responsive and organized. I have read through many of these reviews and most of them are very disingenuous reviews from opposing attorney clients which showed me he’s done a great job for his actual client. Others are from guys who wouldn’t pay. Upon explaining my case he told me his price. Therefore I knew what i was walking into.
