Ed Papalia’s team represented the buyer during the sale of our home. His team was was excessive during negotiations. They fought on every single point (even the most minor issues) which made the negotiations last approximately 6 months. They also used sleazy car salesmen tactics to sneak in additional credits and explain ambiguous demands only after other claim items have been satisfied to the right amount. They almost lost the purchase of their home for their buyers and sellers several times. They forced real estate agents to give up portions of their commission to pay for a bank rate lock. They also made contractors rework and retest excessively to the point where they may not have earned a fair wage for their work. I would recommend a different balanced legal team where transactions feel like win/win for all parties involved.
