At first this firm was doing so great. I was in an accident in may. It is now October and there has been no progress made. Denise never calls me back. And send me the the same message every two months, saying shes waiting on medical bills. I’ve asked multiple times if there was a way I could get then to her faster and never any response. I was told when we first started to disregard the bills if the were sent to me. I have only gotten one, and it is saying that it is close to collections. It would be nice to get a proper response so I can either call and extend the bill, or just get it paid so this mess doesn’t effect my life further.

Timely manner? Amber is responsive? Okay, I’m sorry but this has NOT been my experience. Amber never calls me back, I’ve not gotten updates, it’s been over six months since I finished PT and still nothing. “We’re waiting on medical records.” “You can try to get them to speed up the process.” What?? How long do you plan on waiting before you take action? Why are others getting such great and timely service but I’m being left in the dark? I don’t even leave reviews online but this place is so unhelpful! Amber has never once answered the phone when I’ve called. Called me back ONE time after the countless attempts I’ve made. I’ve never screamed at her. Never cursed at her. Never given reason for such unprofessional service. (As if I need to make an excuse for the lack of response, but still…) Why am I being asked to get stuff for y’all? I gave you EVERYTHING you asked for, had all information you needed before you needed it (except medical recs), and y’all even dropped my fee bc there was no work that really needed to be done on your part (which I DO appreciate), but dang this is insane! Can someone act like they care about their clients?

God awful experience so far. Jorge is the one helping us. We were in a car accident back in March and there has been absolutely no communication. We finished physical therapy and have no idea what is next to come or where we stand. There has been no communication from our case worker. My fiance is always the one who has to call Jorge and like 100% of the time we are waiting on “call backs with more information” but nothing as expected. I will never go through Parks Law Firm again nor will I recommend yall to anyone. =( This has been beyond stressful ontop of our already stressful situation. Please assign us another case worker and get this fixed. I have a ton of patience but this is just ridiculous.
