Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI was denied my social security disability benefits again at the beginning of October 2021. This firm sent me a letter saying they would take between 30-40 days to go over the denial letter and let me know whether I should file a “new” claim or file an appeal. I just got a letter in the mail stating that they did not think the administration committed any errors and that they were completely dropping me as a client. The administration used an OLD exam from 2019 to not only deny me benefits but also claim that I do not even have a diagnosis for PTSD. I had a FAVORABLE EXAM in APRIL 2020 that not only awarded me the diagnosis for PTSD but also backdated it to 2010! If this firm would have even looked at my paperwork at all they would have seen this information but they took almost exactly 30 days to do absolutely nothing and then turn around and completely drop me as a client when the administration CLEARLY made a massive error in denying me benefits.I was denied my social security disability benefits again at the beginning of October 2021.
