It’s been a few years since out case but I realized I never left a review. Our situation and case was very difficult and we were told by 2 other lawyers that what we were seeking was impossible. Pat Mcdaniels did it. He achieved what we needed him to achieve. While my nerves were shot through the process and I was upset that things did not move the way I wanted them too.. that was my own selfishness he did a fantastic job and did what other lawyers weren’t even willing to try. This is a difficult review. I was satisfied with his service to a degree and his price was literally unbeatable. Then one day while waiting on the most important hearing of my life I receive a phone call being informed he can no longer represent me. He was paid past the point in the case I am currently at. In fact he returned half my total retainer which I found very honest but to just drop my case in the middle of losing my mother was a knock out blow. When you felt secure in your attorney to have it shattered mid case so while grieving you have to lawyer shop and make another down payment. You get what you pay for is what my grandfather always told me, in Mr. McDaniel’s case I hope you didn’t expect security.

The Best Attorney in the whole State of PA. Attorney Mcdaniel are very knowledgeable and will treat you like a person not like most lawyers are in the business of screwing you over mentaly and financially they have the most atrocious Retainer Fees as what they call it. Legal fees depend on several factors, including the amount of time spent on your problem; the lawyer’s ability, experience, and reputation; the novelty and difficulty of the case; the results obtained; and costs involved. Attorney Mcdaniel has the experience, ability, retutation and the knowledge to deffend your rights so I will 110% recomend him to any case you will have that needs his experties.
