Positive: ProfessionalismI had Mr Mangan’s help with my Mother’s probate in 2002 and everything went flawlessly. This is his specialty and he knows everything about probate, wills and estates. I’m using his services again to assist with my brother’s estate after getting so-so service from an attorney who is primarily a real estate attorney and not so much a probate expert. Mr Mangan is down to earth and very easy to talk to. I had Mr Mangan’s help with my Mother’s probate in 2002 and everything went flawlessly. This is his specialty and he knows everything about probate, wills and estates. I’m using his services again to assist with my brother’s estate after getting so-so service from an attorney who is primarily a real estate attorney and not so much a probate expert. Not million. Pat was paid $1817.00 and to this date, I cannot get this man to return a call. My deceased husband’s estate has still not been settled. In six years, he still hasn’t gotten the property we purchased together out of my husband’s name. I cannot do anything with this property untill it’s out of his name. My husband passed in 2016. Pat was hired by my husband’s personal injury lawyer to collect a $6000 settlement. That is six thousand. Not million. Pat was paid $1817.00 and to this date, I cannot get this man to return a call. My deceased husband’s estate has still not been settled.
