Whenever I called they answered the phone I was never put on hold for more than 30 seconds to maybe 1 minute any concerns I had they’ve always had answers, if they didn’t they Got back to me as soon as possible. Everyone was courteous and kind whenever I called they will always check up on me even during the pandemic they called to see how I was doing, they kept me informed of my case and what was going on. No one ever picks up. The paralegals are never by the phone nor return phone calls once you leave messages. Say they will call with update right after court appearance but never do. It is like pulling teeth with this law firm. Worst mistake was taking my case to them should have never listened to my friend to use these people.
