If your looking for someone who is going to fight for you then Dennis Pawelek is definitely your guy! My case was not easy due to the fact I have a very extensive criminal record from when I was younger. I’ve never had an outcome with court like I did today. I had 15 class A’s that were theft related. He got me the best deal EVER! Normally with any other attorney I usually would be in jail for a few months and when set free I’d be put on AP&P. I didn’t have to do any of that. I walked away with community service, court probation, and suspended jail time. He answered me every time I text him he was confident in the fact we would work this out which made me feel more calm and at peace. When you’re dealing with something like this being able to feel calm and at peace is hard to do. If your going to trust any body with your life and your freedom I would definitely say DENNIS PAWELEK is who you should trust. I wouldn’t recommend Dennis as a lawyer. He didn’t disclose personal relationships to someone he was suppose to be defending me against. That should be enough but that’s not. His story always changed; at one point in the case he acted like he got it dismissed from his “work” he did but then when the case came up in the system 1 year later he acted like he knew that the whole time… He was either not disclosing information or obviously didn’t know what he was saying. The prosecutor and judge proposed a better outcome instead of Dennis who was suppose to be defending me. He was also my lawyer for another case that he completely missed because he was late, leaving me in front of the judge asking where my lawyer was and having to reschedule. From my experience the way he handled his business was very poor. Very unapologetic for missing a case I hired him for and pointed a finger at everyone else when it’s his fault if he can’t get his business in order. He’s disorganized, not very honest, and didn’t do his job multiple times. He says he is a great lawyer, but from my experience, it was just talk the whole time.

No experience with Dennis but Richard Gale represented me in 2015. He no-showed twice because he was on vacation, without notice, sending an associate, who was grievously late. As a result, I spent more time in jail than what was recommended by 2 weeks. He did, however, negotiate felonies down to misdemeanors. But the felonies we’re trumped-up charges to begin with – poss of transaction cards as I was homeless and found 2 wallets meandering about on and off the frontrunner. The very next morning I was jammed up with police because I passed out from a serious panic attack and a bystander called 911. I was illegally searched and seized from by police, who charged me with felonies for each card within the wallets. Did not use or attempt to use the cards, as I was going to return for a hopeful reward. 5 months and $2500 later . . .
