Kerry Peck handled my mother’s estate. What should have been an open and cooperative relationship instead was disrespectful and contentious on Kerry’s part. He consistently ignored my emails and phone calls, and when pressed implied that he was doing me a favor by supplying information I had every right to. He filed with the wrong probate court so the filing had to be redone with the correct court, which held up the resolution of the estate. In fact, working with Kerry Peck was so difficult I had to hire and pay another attorney just to deal with him. I held back my review until the estate was finally settled, which took more than two years from the date of my mother’s death.
