When I called Jeff Lowe, i was desperate to find an attorney. Everyone else i called wasn’t interested in taking a, frankly frivolous and simple, case filed by my ex fiance’. Phoenix Anschutz took the case with Jeff overseeing everything. Though my case was relatively simple, Phoenix, Jeff, and Theresa treated it as though it was the most important case they’ve ever had. Phoenix and Theresa put in very long hours and went above and beyond anything I ever expected! Every call, email, and text was always answered promptly until they were sure my questions were answered, and I probably bombarded them with more questions than they’ve ever had! They were always kind, encouraging, supportive, and gave great legal advice for me to make the best, most informed decisions possible. It all paid off in the end, as we won the case at trial.
