If you can work with another company to get your student loans back on track, do it! This company harassed my extended family members, and called me at work. She spoke too quickly, I couldn’t understand her. When I asked her to repeat herself, she continued to speak too quickly…I asked her to slow down so I could understand her. She was rude and demanding.

I had made the mistake of paying $50 a month to pay off a loan. I made 2 payments already. I decided to finally take a look at the letters that they send. Do you know that these clowns charge $92 and some change for collection fees!!! (So before you send that recorded owner’s reply; about contacting you, I won’t!!) This company is a scam! And I see why their stocks are $1.31, as of 4:25 pm on 7/16/2019. They actually lost more shares! I had them take the $50 out of my account. Once I saw what was going on, I immediately stopped payment. Of course they called and then began to ask for my address and other information. This place needs to be investigated. It’s Shifty and Shady!!

Very incompetent staff on hand, called my representative several times with no answer. Followed the prompt on her voicemail box and hit 0 for immediate help. Was transferred to yet another voicemail box. Hit 0 again for immediate assistance was transferred to a representative finally. She lacked basic communication skills as she was mumbling and very hard to hear. She put me on hold to transfer me to someone who could help came back and realized she didn’t even get my information the first time. Upon giving her my information she then told me there was nothing she could do and that the only person that could talk to me was my representative who I have called since they opened and have had no luck. The girl I was talking to then proceeded to give me attitude. Very poor customer service and terrible attitude

This company kept calling me several times a day for weeks without leaving a name or callback number. I could not identify them with reverse phone no. lookup. I finally got so fed up with the calls that I filed a complaint with the state office of consumer protection. Turns out where they had gotten my phone number from “some source” but failed to verify that they had the correct name and phone number. Glad the calls have finally stopped!

Very shady. They just called me and wouldn’t tell me what their company did. They did their best to get off of the phone with me as fast as possible. I told them I would not let them record me saying anything that wasn’t negative for privacy purposes until they told me who they were, but the woman refused.

Refused to state who she was or what she was calling about. I refused to confirm any info until she told me what her company did. She Kept prying me for info and absolutely refused to say who she was. She was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. Still don’t know what she wanted when I hung up on her after 5 minutes of getting no information.

So everytime they call all the damn time… I simply ask who is speaking and what is your company. What is this in regaurds to…. They get upset and repeatedly say that they are preformant blah blah blah…. Then ask me for my personal info… Then get mad or catch an attitude when I say not until I know who you are and what your company does…. Soo sick of the harassment on their behalf… Like I almost have to curse these people out every single time. Like how do you want me to offer my personal info to you stange people and you not do the same… You did call me after all….

ECMC claims these people have a loan in my name but I can not even contact anyone in the company despite trying 4 different phone numbers to try to resolve my acct and their website has absolutely nothing for clients with loans. Super sketchy for sure
