Years ago Pesek was my brothers lawyer, he knew he was losing the case so instead of losing he went to visit my brother & wanted to force my brother to sign 20 years in federal prison, to keep his record clean from losing a case, so we fired him & got my brother another lawyer. My brother got 10 years. we felt Pesek was selling my brother out. Seems like a nice guy but he looks out for his own interest before the client. Stay away.
