The law firm of Peter G. Milne PC is based in Tyler. Texas and serves the entire northeast Texas region. We offer legal services in tax (federal, state and local) planning and controversy, business law, real estate, landlord-tenant law, complex family law, elder law, planning for Medicaid and VA assistance, probate, wills, trusts and estate planning. Peter is qualified and licensed to practice in all federal courts, including the US Tax Court and state courts in Texas and California. Peter also has obtained an advanced law degree — L.LM (Masters Degree) in Laws of Taxation. Our mission is to serve our clients as a zealous advocate and to be attentive by returning client phone calls and answering e-mail as soon as possible.
