Peter Langrock was to have represented me in two cases, a civil case where I was being sued frivolously, and a criminal case of “he said she said” brought on by the same parties. He delayed the criminal case against my wishes so that he could bring a motion on the civil before Judge Allen Chever, whom he leaked to me was his client. The civil case was a clear cut dismissal, not a lucrative trial for a lawyer. The plaintiffs were trying to unilaterally modify my deed — it would invalidate deeds. After leaking that Cheever was Langrock’s client, Peter Langrock had me waive my right to a jury in the criminal case involving the same plaintiffs as the civil which put both cases in the hands of his client, the judge. But, at criminal trial, Langrock called me down off the witness stand WITHOUT CROSS EXAMINING ME, his own client in a he said she said. This is so negligent that I must be public about my case. In his closing defense, Langrock then added that he wished we were in Scotland where the laws were different. I was falsely convicted. Then, Allen Chever ruled against my deed, and instead of granting summary judgment in my favor, he denied the motion which was to force a costly trial for me and a lucrative one for his lawyer, Peter Langrock. I fired Peter and Fritz, his son now on the ABA Board of Governors in Vermont. I was able to represent myself on the civil suit and win without trial because I had a deed that could not be altered, and a new judge took the case. I was able to do better without attorney than having been represented by Peter Langrock and Fritz Langrock.
