I think that clients should be aware that someone at Petroff Amshen is sharing client phone numbers with real estate investors. I wanted to know why people were calling my cell phone asking me about my property. My cell phone number is certainly not listed and isn’t even in my own name. For the life of me I could not figure out how my private cell phone was available to these short sale specialist, real estate brokers, etc. A day out of the blue I contacted Petroff and Petroff from my friends salon number because I had gotten an email about an upcoming court date and had a question. Two days later my friend says people are calling the salon asking for me by name. Can you believe that? It has to be someone at Petroff Amshen giving out my number since they were the only folks I called from that number.Just be aware that part of them helping you is trying to get you to sell your property to one of their investor friends.
