Mr Mullin has helped me tremendously where two other attorneys couldn’t. He worked like a racehorse to get my divorce finalized, once the divorce was complete and all that needed to be done was the divorce decree, he went into tortoise mode, lol. He really is a great attorney, knows everyone, has a good reputation. I’d use him again and definitely recommend him to others for divorces. He’ll get you divorced as fast as he can, but you might have to wait three or four months for your final decree.

Worst Attorney in El Paso!!!!!! If I could give anything less than one star it would be negative 5 STARS!!! My wife has been waiting on her final divorce decree since March!! Last court hearing (September) Mr. Mullen’s excuse was that he hadn’t gotten around to completing the decree, judge court ordered him to complete the decree in TWO days!! He still has not completed the decree and her divorce was final in March!! This type of work from a so called “Veteran” is unacceptable!! He’s the worst Attorney in El Paso and I would highly recommend you find someone else ASAP!! My wife is pregnant and I’m Active Duty Military and can’t even enroll her in to DEERs for Medical without a decree because of this lousy, lazy, of a so called human being!!
