Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI just got sentenced today in Federal Court. The fact that I’m writing this google review is testament as to the sentence of probation I received instead of the initial 5-40 year sentence the Feds were wanting to give me. I can’t say enough about Dustin. I was first charged in state court and Dustin helped me fight it for over a year. After a year the Fed’s took over the case and started the entire process again. Dustin knew my financial situation and he absolutely refused to take any more money from me. My co-defendant had to pay his lawyer $25,000 just to take the case in a Federal Court. So just financially speaking Dustin charged me a very reasonable fee to represent me for an entire year through the state court process and then has represented me absolutely free for the past 8 months through the Federal court. Dustin is not only a good human being, he is a good lawyer. He filed all my paperwork and wrote a sentencing memo for me that the Judge completely agreed with. The judge sentenced me to 5 years of probation. No prison, no house arrest, no community service, no fines and did I mention NO PRISON??? I highly recommend Dustin if you are ever in need of an intelligent, kind person who knows the law and will have your back.
