Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ResponsivenessI worked for a chiropractor and a couple of clients had gone thru Phillips Law Firm for car accidents. I tried numerous times to get status on these cases and could not get a response from no one – not via phone calls, messaging, email, etc. I feel for those with active cases and can’t get information – it is impossible. I worked for a chiropractor and a couple of clients had gone thru Phillips Law Firm for car accidents. I tried numerous times to get status on these cases and could not get a response from no one – not via phone calls, messaging, email, etc. I feel for those with active cases and can’t get information – it is impossible. Do not hire them.

The communication is completely non existent unless you repeatedly request information. They seem to drag your case out as long as possible with no explanation. I have a basic car accident and its already been almost 4 years in with no closure in sight. I have been lied to about case progress and bounced around between 10 different people. Take everyone’s advice and hire some professional who will listen and actually help you. I dont even know where to begin with this law firm but to say stay far far away. The communication is completely non existent unless you repeatedly request information. They seem to drag your case out as long as possible with no explanation. I have a basic car accident and its already been almost 4 years in with no closure in sight. I have been lied to about case progress and bounced around between 10 different people. Take everyone’s advice and hire some professional who will listen and actually help you. Until I brought it to there a attention that I should not have to pay back L&I 9,000. Received a call 2 months later that L&I took off 4,000 in April and I should be hearing from someone within 1-2 days, it’s been a month since then and yesterday I got a email that there is a discrepancy with blue cross. Who has nothing to do with me and my case, I’m am furious and disgusted with how I’ve been handled. I would have been better off representing myself.
