I would not recommend this attorney. He talk a good game but do not put it to work. Taking your money is all he’s good for. All these good reviews must have been paid to do so. Kyle kept telling me he was waiting for the judge to respond to him about my daughter’s early release. I got tired of the same excuse so I called the court and spoke with the circuit clerk myself! The kind lady told me she would speak with the judge and call me back with an answer. 5 minutes later she called back telling me the judge said yes she can be released. Now how is it that I got a response within 5 minutes and Kyle couldn’t for a whole 2 weeks? Last but not least hire this attorney at your own risk! Had to add to this due to the response my daughter signed a waiver for Kyle to speak with me. And again I called the court house. and like I said she said she would speak with judge and call me back hopefully with a yes that she can be released and she did just that told me judge said yes for her to be released. So no lies are being told here I’m literally being honest!

This is the second time that I have used Kyle to represent me in this matter. The first time I wrote a review which was not a favorable one, after we discussed my case and at that time I was feeling a little better about the situation and he asked me to change the first review. I did, because I thought that he truly tried his best the first time. I used Kyle for a CRO hearing only because I knew that he was familiar with my situation and I did call around for other representation, but decided to go with Kyle anyway because he knew that case and I honestly felt that this time would be better. I do not feel like he fought for me knowing that my situation could end up causing me to be sanctioned. I feel like I did more research about what was going on than what he did, especially when he has more available resources than what I did. Now facing the possibility of added time to the CRO situation. He tried to tell me that he provided sound arguments to the case and that he did his best, but ultimately his best was not good enough. He also said that I should not basically dwell on what has already happened and that I should focus more on just finishing out my CRO. That’s is a VERY hard pill to swallow because I am facing added time on something that I would have been finished with in two months. My advise would be to anyone that needs an attorney for anything please do not trust in Kyle. If he honestly feels like he fought for me and he did his absolute best. I would hate to actually see what his best is and I fear for his clients now and for future clients to come. Lesson learned from now on I will not use any of these local attorneys, there maybe some good ones out there but Kyle Pierce is not one.

My boyfriend hired this company for a divorce from his wife ,,it has been almost a year now and still no divorce,,we paid him over $1000.00 for a no contest divorce ,,we have called every day for the last 3 days no attorney available and no return call ,,I’m also gonna contact the city clerk ,them I’m contacting a lawyer .if I could I’d give -100 stars I would..please do not use pierce and Pierce they will screw you .

Definitely upset and would not recommend!! I told Kyle about my case when he accepted he seem to know what all he was doing and seemed very professional I assumed everything was great considering I was tryin to get my son out of an abusive household paid my retainer fee and paid my monthly payments! Well first court date I had to release my child bad and Kyle said maybe one word in court next court day I’m praying Kyle gets my child back home to me NOPE not only did Kyle lie to me about visitations but I was thrown on supervised visitation… He never spoke up for me… But let me get sick and have 2 surgeries back to back this man wanna know where his money is.. bruh you haven’t done anything for me but screwed me over and let me child go back into an abusive house
