Called this office to enlist in the legal aid of a lawyer, who was supposedly respectable, stating that my own attorney was engaged in fraud, and was denied assistance or advice -due to this office being part of public pretenders affairs in Cache county. Would not recommend wasting your life and precious time trying to level your playing field, with Pitcher, or even this office.

Diane has been my saving grace!!! I hired her June 2018 and she has been my side ever since. I hired her for a protective order and a modification of custody. I couldn’t have made it through the past 3 years without her. When she took on my case we had no idea we would still be dealing with this case 3 years later. She made a promise to my father that she would see me through til everything was settled. Little did we know my father would pass away a few months later, but she kept her promise to my dad. She has continued to work her butt off for me. When things have been tough with the custody situation she has always walked me through what I need to do. I am amazed at the work of Diane Pitcher. She is one of the most competent and efficient people I have ever met. She handled both my very painful divorce and a difficult earnest money dispute. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she handled my divorced. She had in finalized in a few months and it really helped me in my healing process. Her prices are very fair and she really does go above and beyond for her clients. She is licensed in both Idaho and Utah and has a very impressive resume. This is the person you want to fight for you. I had a real estate deal that did not go through and the real estate agent tried to back out of the earnest money that was owed me.
