I won my own case! I submitted all the paperwork and did my own legwork. The one time I asked for help with how to speak to a government-appointed doctor, I received no advice. The attorney I talked to was totally clueless. Every time I called the office, I was treated rudely and condescended to. I felt very disrespected. It makes me sick that this firm received one-fourth of my back pay for doing a nothing job. They take great pride in telling you that disability is all they do and they’re the largest firm doing so, but they need to take these negative reviews seriously and improve themselves. I submitted all the paperwork and did my own legwork. The one time I asked for help with how to speak to a government-appointed doctor, I received no advice. The one thing you CAN count on is, these people will NOT work for you. They will not call you to ask questions. They will not seek doctors paperwork from you or the doctors. They will not meet with you before your hearing. The non lawyer representative I hired years ago did a much better (but still lacking) job than these clowns.

They botched my case. Didn’t even know I had a hearing coming up in a few days until I called them. My lawyer was unprepared and didn’t even say two words at my hearing. The staff was beyond rude and acted like it was a crime when I called. I couldn’t ever speak to my lawyer and when I did see him he acted like he could care less. Don’t use them. They are the PITTs literally!

Martha is very rude and when we went to the office she showed signs of being on some sort of drug. Slurring her words, not knowing what she was doing, very confused and extremely rude. I don’t recommend them at all. Waste of time.

waste of time unprepared lawyer lack of representation.mistake getting this law firm.the judge didnt listen to what i said theyd already made their decision before i got there.no reassurance of the case from the lawyer.didnt tell me about no reimbursement until i got there.no defense reassurance encouragement or preparing client.it was an unfair hearing.i see some others here had problems too.didnt know that was how itd be either.
