Would not allow me to speak to anyone. I had to make an appointment. All I needed was to ask a simple question about my mortgage lender’s amortization practices. I think I’m being taken advantage of and wanted to see if that was the case. It would have taken 2 minutes of their time. People that go above and beyond seem to be hard to find these days. Sad.
