I’ve never considered myself a lucky person, but when it came down to finding the right criminal defense attorney, I have hit the jackpot. I went through a very rough time in my life and racked up 3 charges within a year. 1 battery, 1 felony and a DUI that labeled me as a repeat offender. Brian was able to get the battery completey dropped, the felony to a first time offender offense with 2 years probation along with 30 hours community service and a fine and my DUI dropped to a reckless driving. They took their retainer. I even paid a little extra in the hope of being taken seriously. My case was allowed to fall through the cracks or was just outright ignored. They claimed to have hired a private investigator but I never saw any proof. Never saw any paperwork as far as billing was concerned. Long story short They just let my case languish in limbo for about a year and just made the whole situation worse. Looking for another lawyer… wondering if this is the sort of thing that should be reported to the bar? I’ll ask my new lawyer.

I needed to find an attorney right away and he agreed to represent me. While I was waiting for my case to be heard, the local police seized my vehicle. Since I had already retained Brian, I asked him if he would represent me in this forfeiture case. He agreed. I can’t thank him enough!
