It’s a collection place doesn’t really want you to pay it off so they make it real hard to take payments you can pay for a pizza delivery guy or Uber driver right in the car but nothing over the phone your credit card by phone no nothing they want you to do everything online after you stayed stayed on hold for an hour and a half. Portnoff is bought and paid for by the Teachers Union. Their only mission is to take your money and keep asking for more. The fees are usurious, but the courts have said it’s okay,. They are Socialists and politically connected. If your business charged the same fees you would be in jail. They could care less if you lose your house.
