PK & A are horrible Lawyers. My husband was diagnosed with Parkinson DX in 2012. He is on Disability. We filed a chapter 13. PK & A has called us to court two times even though we were current with our payments. When we filed Disability in 2014. The payment was $771.00 and the bankruptcy was 300.00. To make a long story short there have been many errors that PK & A have made with our case. I make 14.08 and my husband is on disability. Because of the lawyers sloppy handling, even our bankruptcy payment was increased and we are paying $1236 just for the bankruptcy payment.and our mortgage payment have gone from $771.00, 951.00, 1,100.00, 1403.00, and then WF lowered it by 60.00 but just got a letter in the mail saying on 1/18, We will start paying 1371.00 , plus a additional 669.69 because of a Stipulation. Plus, I paid my May, 2017 Mortgage and PK & A forced me to sign a Stipulation advising that I didn’t pay my May, 2017 Mortgage Payment. Funny thing is, I did pay my May, 2017 Payment and I have a recording with the confirmation number advising, I paid my May, 2017 payment and the next Payment will be due on 6/1/2017. ($1236.00 for the bankruptcy payment). These payments are way too high, however when you tell the lawyer that, they just say, “if you don’t pay, you will lose your house in a Sheriff Sale. Again, I make $14.08 and my husband gets a monthly disability. I think PK&A Lawyers are trying to make us lose our house. There is no way, someone making the income, we are should be paying these high payment.
