Praxis Alternative Dispute Resolution provides mediation services and is dedicated to resolving disputes without succumbing to the full litigation process. Litigation can be tiresome, stressful, time consuming, and expensive. Our goal at Praxis ADR is to sit down with all of the parties involved and hammer out a compromise that will help you avoid unnecessary litigation. Praxis ADR also provides other services as alternatives to litigation, including but not limited to arbitration, early neutral evaluation, neighborhood conflict mediation, employment mediation and contract negotiation. I was having one of the hardest interpersonal and possibly legal situations of my life. I wrote to my Denver City Council person Jolon Clark as one of dozens to try to get help and clarity on this deeply distressing situation. Jolon Clark referred me to Yasmeen Kennedy. I was skeptical. Skeptical of mediation, in general and skeptical that the right one would come so easily- if i chose to undergo mediation. I asked her why her service, above any others, would be the one for me. I can’t remember exactly what she replied, but before I knew it I was already feeling space and hope just talking with her. I did not feel any space or hope for a month of dealing with this problem. I highly suggest this mediation firm. They are respectful of the situation and are open to both sides despite the parties having a tumultuous situation. My situation in particular was tough but the mediator through Praxis was able to help us avoid additional legal fees and court costs which is what both parties desired.
