I have an on going issue with this place. I’ve been calling and calling and no one ever answers. In March I went with the lady who works here I think her names Yolanda I had already done my taxes but needed her to do my moms itin renewal which I hadn’t done. We had to pay full price to get just her itin renewed she got out paperwork took the money gave my mom a receipt and that was it she didn’t sit with us to explain anything or show us she’d submit the paperwork. It’s not august more than 5 months since we went and everytime I’ve called the irs to check what’s happened with my moms itin and they said they never received it. Were beyond upset and would like some answers. We paid $120 for nothing
