All my questions were answered by attorney from other firms who are not even handling my claim. If you can’t face clients, how are you going to face insurance agents whose jobs is to manipulate things and lower settlement. it is not acceptable for treatment providers to ask me to have my attorney contact them because they can’t get a hold of his firm. I am not getting paid for that. How are we supposed to trust this firm handling our case if they can’t communicate with us. Will not recommend. His percentage is more than 1/3. He let the case manager and other employees deal with difficult questions from clients. He doesn’t communicate. All my questions were answered by attorney from other firms who are not even handling my claim. I spoke to the attorney once which is when I was going to do a recorded statement and he would cut me off (which is rude). After a while of not hearing from them I decided to call back (because I had a question about what should I do about a certain situation) just to be told that the attorney decided not to represent me anymore with no apparent reason. I was frustrated because they did not bother calling to inform me about the situation and so that I can start looking for another attorney. That is so unprofessional from an attorney to do, they did send a letter which took days to arrive but I would have appreciated a call. Don’t waste your time here and look for an attorney who is passionate about their job and who actually acts and is professional.
