The staff is rude and unresponsive. They will gladly tell you what you want to hear until they take your payments, as soon as they are paid they will ignore you and argue with you every time you miraculously get a hold of someone “working hard on your case”. The only time they actually respond is when you ask for a refund for lack of services. If you need tax help just google “CPA” and hire any one them. Do not waste your time or money here.
