Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueSad I got my first charge under her. She didn’t even stand up for me when i represented my self. Never caught a charge after or before. I messed up once got a felony cause of her. Do not trust!!!!!!!!!

They’re ok to deal with, very no nonsense type but they’re always super busy, so if you call for info/questions try to be prepared & have your info out & ready to give them and if you have some questions, try writing them down before you call so you know exactly what to say & you can write any info down they may give you. I really think that might make it easier for you and them. (Pro tip: always write down the date/time/who you spoke with, along with any info they give you. This can be extremely helpful in the future!) Best wishes
