Queen City estates was fantastic from start to finish. As we were dealing with our parents estate from out of state we were worried something would be missed. John communicated every step of the way and helped us prioritize what seemed like and insurmountable task. He even went so far as to help coordinate an inspection required for closing. Queen City worked with our realtor when needed in addition. His understanding of the value of items in the estate and how to best showcase them and who would be the best buyer was excellent. I would recommend them to anyone in the Buffalo area

Through them all, Queen City Estate Sales rises to the absolute top for attractive staging, fair pricing, attention to detail, and extraordinary customer service. My last encounter involved assisting a family member fill a house after moving back to Buffalo. Working with Queen City Estate Sales was really like a dream come true. We left with two van loads of furniture and household items that were clean, perfectly staged, priced fairly, and of solid quality. They personally consulted our family on anything of real value or uniqueness to see our intentions on keeping or selling. Everything that was presented in the sale was cleaned and staged (from the basement to the attic included!).
