Bankruptcy is morally and emotionally draining. You don’t know what to expect and most of the information that is out there is terrifying. Possibly loosing everything you have worked hard for is a nightmare. I found myself at Ragland & Ragland through a search on the internet. After a failed practice led me to their doorstep, I was unnerved due to all the summons for leans and foreclosures. When you find yourself in this predicament, your creditors are coming for everything you have left. If you do not have counsel that will FIGHT for you every step of the way, you will loose everything. Yes, EVERYTHING! Bryan and his Father welcomed me and eased my concerns from the moment we started. Through every step of the process I was kept up to speed and made aware of what my options were. My case was very complex and took longer than average to complete. However, this practice did not waiver and as of yesterday, I have an approved plan in place and I kept ALL my assets. Yes, I kept EVERYTHING! Now granted, I have good income as well as passive income and all that is factored when submitting a plan.
