I can’t say enough about Randy Rogers and his legal team, including his paralegal and intern. I read the previous review and I know first hand that this is not how they operate. In fact, a consultant recommended that Randy not take my case,but he felt that I was treated unfairly and took the risk anyway and I am so glad he did. They are genuine and feel for their clients. Randy gives professional and sincere recommendations and advice without trying to force you to make a decision you would not be happy with. My particular case was settled to my advantage due to this legal team ..however if I did not accept the settlement, Randy would have fought for me in court to the end. He also made me feel confident and when the stress got to me, he knew just what to say to make me feel better.. Randy is a great lawyer and helped me navigate and understand what my rights were after a car accident in which a semi plowed into my work truck during a long work related trip in Alabama. From communicating with the insurance to communicating with my employer he stood up for me and made sure that I understood what my employers responsibilities’ were when it came to it. Very disappointed with the service my daughter fell in a store I was told she would get at least the medical bills refunded they weren’t interested once they new after a year they wouldn’t get any money!! If I knew I wouldn’t have used this company they are only want to make big money not interested in genuine people!!
