I’ve delt with them twice in the last year. Today when I asked what addresses I was contacted at for a bill I was certain was paid off they had a name and address that I didn’t live at or recognize. They claimed it didn’t matter. I expressed that they were very rude last time I had spoke with them while trying to double check that they got what they needed for paper work from me. “We don’t contact everyone who sends in paper work to us. You can contact us. What did you expect since you got yourself into this situation anyway?” I finally said I wanted to talk to someone else. Although the next person still wasn’t very friendly she was much easier to talk to. Got a few answers but was still rather annoyed with how rude they were.

So far no luck. Went to court over a judgement with ex-husband. Brought proof of not owing his treatment medical bill after divorce. The representative at court was kind and courteous and easy to work with which is only reason im giving 2 stars. In court it was decided upon releasing me of his portion of judgement. Almost one year later his portion still remains on my credit report. When i have called the agents pass me around and still no answer no help at all. I would like to buy a home but this plagues me. I am working on paying past debt due to divorce but i refuse to pay debt i did not incur.

I had it set up with them to take so much out of my checking account on my payday. Instead they decided to take it out a few days before my payday and my checking account had over $500.00 in bounced checks… they refuse to pay me back let alone acknowledge what they have done…. they refuse to work with me instead they went straight to my employer and was taking money out of my check without even notifying me first…

I hired this agency to collect a judgment I had awarded. Eventually, the debtor was on food stamps and was not worth my investment to collect from. However, RCB was very friendly and knowledgeable and worked the case diligently. Recommended if you need their services for account receivables issues and business collections.

Worst Collection Agency ever. They will not work with you in any way. I’ve asked numerous times for my balance and updated my info with them. They just file judgments against you. I have received zero communications from this agency. I paid off a judgement immediately, they claimed they have no record of a judgment. My credit is wrecked now, and as far as I’m concerned they can shove their collections up their asses.

I asked these people about two years ago to collect on a court judgment I had against my tenants. I never got a dime and generally I did not find out the status of anything unless I called them and asked them. The tenants went for bankruptcy and company never never never notified me about this so I at least would have had the opportunity to try to do something about it.

This crack pot of a company received a judgment on me for 3200.00. They garnished my wages for almost 3400.00 and now they refuse to to file a settlement of judgement with the courts. When i called and talked to them on the phone they are saying i still owe them 152 dollars more. My attorney is getting all of my money back due to unfair business practices.

Horrible company !!!!!!!! I set up a payment plan out of my bank account, rather than have the garnishment. The company took the garnishment AND the payment plan from my bank account. This place needs needs to be shut down !!!! And airing peoples information in response on here is so unprofessional. Get your act together. Gross.

excellent customer service and kind and considerate operators friendly to talk with. Am glad to have a live person to be able to talk to during situations like this. Glad to know I can visualize which town your biznas is upon: Hibbing. Remember now: bad checks can happen but people needing to be treated nicely thru the phone lines is something we can all do especially when we are the ones at fault with bad checks. RCB is a good resource for our community to learn to be good listeners and negotiators for exact documents needed to prove proof of payment.
