I was dealing with a case from 2012. I was trying to get a set aside preformed to obtain occupational licenses. The ads for Record Gone, which is owned by Higbee and Associates, lured me in. I was amazed with the price $800.00 was the price I was given. The person on the phone gives me the impression things will start moving right away. We set up the account. And I wait. I provided Higbee and Associates with all my case information. I send them minute entries. They took a month to do case research. After that I then waited for them to verify eligibility. I waited another month for an update. I emailed them and communicated with a case worker. (Never did I ever hear from the actual attorney I was assigned.) I asked if they had any idea how long it takes to verify eligibility and I was told there is no answer they could give. They said it can vary. I waited another 3 weeks before I hired another attorney. I spent almost 3 months with Higbee and Associates with no progress.

So far not so good. I paid $200 for them to figure out what I need to do to get my background set aside. So far I’ve still had to do all the footwork and they still haven’t produced any results. It’s been over 3 months and they never returned my calls. I feel like I wasted my money. I don’t recommend this company.

First time caller calling in due to 2015 case when I was 21 misdemeanor I got James thank god he was so insightful walked me through everything explained sooooo well compared to other legal professionals talking their lingo he kept it simple and straight to the point. Even though he told me my fingerprints card isn’t going to clear he gave me tips and suggestions on how to handle employers who are asking for fingerprint clearance even though my case was dismissed. Walked me through the site. Bless you James thank you for being so compassionate and warming. You gave me more insight about my case better than anyone!
