Communication is terrible! Follow through is even worse. Nothing but issues since the start. Incorrectly filing my original case, not following through to ensure I got my tax refund after the arrogant attitude displayed when I followed up on it. Made an already unpleasant experience of having to file even more stressful. Absolutely do not recommend this firm. I will add that my original paralegal seemed to be on top of it and even helped me when I couldn’t get answers from my assigned paralegal. I do appreciate Kendall for that.

Critical: ResponsivenessI will be honest and say the first half of this process was very smooth. No issues what so ever. Post bankruptcy, not so much.I spent the better half of a month trying to reach the paralegal (Brandy) by calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails to no avail. Once I was finally able to get ahold of her, she says “oh are you the one with ____?” Which is very telling considering what I mentioned in the sentence before.It took 2 months for information to be sent over to the proper parties which has of course held me up and set me back tremendously. I was later told by her that she’s helping me “outside of work” (as if I didn’t just pay $2k for them to do their job in the first place) and she would get back to me at a later date which she never did.At this point, I have pretty much done her job for her. I’m the one making all the phone calls, calling courts, and gathering information she should have taken care of, verified and sent over nearly 3 months ago when the bankruptcy was discharged.Maybe someone else will have a better experience in the future but unfortunately I have been extremely unsatisfied with the post bankruptcy services I’ve received.Update: Had to call the people who sued me to get the help and information I needed that I’ve also already paid for with this firm.I will be honest and say the first half of this process was very smooth.
