The receptionists who answer the phones are professional and polite. Sadly, the paralegal Dana Campbell is rude, an uncaring. She doesn’t understand that if you are having a debt collected that there is a story behind it. Showing some compassion would go a long way for both parties. This makes the entire agency look bad. I hope to never have to deal with them again.

I am appalled, this law office needs to be sued, Ms. Tadros found it acceptable to drag my sisters name in the mud to another attorney, all accusations she made were all untrue, and then demanded 30k for her client again to an attorney that does not represent my sister, what law office extorts money from a civilian, my family plans on filing multiple complaints to the board and submitting all proof. If you’re even thinking about hiring a attorney like this, you’ll lose your case! 2.8 stars for attorney, very low standards in this practice.

Critical: ResponsivenessWish I could give them a ZERO! This is the most unprofessional firm ever! I left several messages with my assigned paralegal Breuana S. Vanison only to be grossly ignored. Finally, and admin, or whoever she was, called to tell me Ms. Vanison was “working from home” and would email me….EMAIL ME?!!! What is she going to email me to say when I haven’t had the opportunity to initiate a conversation with her to address my questions?!! What were we gonna do, chat back and forth via email, versus a phone call?!! Needless to say I never received that email. Called again the next day, same thing! Admin lady sends me to her direct number and I get another voicemail. Called back later that evening, a male answers. Explained to him the series of events and he sends me to the supervisor’s voicemail…..still waiting!!This place is ridiculous! They threaten you with a lien and ghost all communication. I have discrepancies I want to address but no one seems to be around to do their JOBS! Yet, it’s getting closer to the threatening lien date, so now my back is against the wall to pay for something that’s not accurate. I’m convinced that this is their strategy….to rope you in to the last minute where your only option is to pay their absurd attorney fees for a bill that’s inaccurate. Beware of this so called law firm, which is not a law firm. Its thieves hiding behind suits and ties that so happen to call themselves lawyers. The only way they obtain any revenue is because they associate themselves with HOA management companies that are just as crooked as they are. For us we had a management company that never billed us for any past due balances that we had no idea existed, but they were able to turn our account over to this firm to collect a debt for which they were to lazy to follow up on for example make any calls or send statements, the firm states the management company sent us statements to a previous rental property which had nothing to do with our home purchase. Clearly they dont care about their reputation or clients as they stand behind them to steal insane amounts in late fees and lawyer fees. RUNNN if you should ever come in contact with these thieves and KPA management! If you should ever deal with their representative R.A Hurley!! beware HE is the biggest thieve ever!! incompetent imbeciles!

Unbelievably snide and condescending. I truly believe they think that everyone they deal with is destitute and beneath them. I had one of their attorneys flat out lie to me thinking I couldn’t possibly understand law. Suggestion…. When u are representing a business, try not come across so horrible. It then reflects upon said business. I had to reach out to that business personally and we quickly resolved the issue in spite of Rees Broome’s idiocy

It would be less than one star if I could slect that. It has been 12 days for a simple document to be executed. I also did all the work by using the same exact format used for the exact same type of transaction. Not sure what the dealy is because after asking/sending emails, I have yet to hear back on the issues for the delay.
