If i can give them 0 stars i would! I had retained them for a class action case after seeing an ad on tv for an issue I have. After years of hearing NOTHING, i decided to call them. They told me that the case was no longer going on due to not enough supporting evidence for their case as a whole, okay cool. They told me i should’ve received something in the mail i informed them i did not. They verified my address which has been the same and that they would send something again. Weeks go by still nothing. I call back and ask for it to be sent again! And weeks go by again and i get a letter in the mail for a whole different case not even mine. Online it says my case is still open! I still don’t know what is going on with my case but something is not right at all!

I left messages with her co workers and was told they would pass my message along and still have not heard back from her or anyone else. I sent her paperwork via email but in their system it did not reflect what I sent. If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. We started our case YEARS ago, finally reached a settlement, OVER A YEAR AGO, and no pay out yet! In fact, so many years went by with no word from the law firm, it was to the point I had thought we had long ago lost or been forgotten, then suddenly, out of the bluet a settlement letter!! No call, just a letter! So here we are, haven been given MANY dates we would be receiving a check.. (let’s see, spring 2018, June 2018, end of summer, end of year 2018, beginning of year 2019, March 2019, etc) … No check. No real information ether, except some useless, very slow lien resolution percentages. Lien resolution? We were told MONTHS AGO that ours was completed. Now, they won’t give any dates. Are they even a REAL law firm??!! Really wish I had researched before going with this law firm. I hope this review helps some choose more wisely!

Great job. I just called the office to update them on my husband’s situation and the receptionist was professional quick to just transfer me. But it’s understandable she answering multiple lines im sure. She’s then transferred me to another woman that was very nice personable and knowledgeable. She looked up my husband’s case and reassured me we are all on point. She was honest with me and I so appreciate that. Great job!

the worst law firm in texas to turn your hernia mesh case to. they do not respond to emails do not respond to phone calls ,i had been with them for 2 years 2 months and found out that they had not recived my medical records because they had my name wrong yet they never contacted me to imform me of the problem and after i found out i aquirred my medical records myself and sent them most of medical records myself ,but i didn’t have the patholgy report and without that stephen roth made the evaluation that i didn’t have a case without knowing what mesh was implanted . no stars cause you are grossly imcompentant ,i now have a real law firm that working with me to get me the compensation for my mesh migration case.
