I am reading all these negative comments about Ressa Real Estate and itt really must be disgruntled people with agendas. I not only lived in a Ressa property but I also worked for them for years as a roofing contractor. I have never seen a property management comoany that was as responsive to problems as them. If something breaks or wears out they fix it fast. Maurice the maintenance man is friendly, easy to deal with and responsive. At the office, Stephanie is a lovely person. She too responds quickly to any sort of issue a tenant may be having. Do not believe everything you read. Do your own research. Ressa Real Estate is a great place to rent from.

We were misled by Spellman Realty hired by Ressa Mgmt. for Manorhaven Blvd apts. They were only interested in getting their fee. Did not consider what kind of place they were trying to rent to us.
