This Law Office was assigned as the GAL Investigating Office during my child custody case. At first, the attorney assigned appeared to be great. Then as time wet on I noticed that they never returned emails or phone calls. I would only hear from his Legal Aid when it was time to collect the payment or when they would send another bill. If this Law Office ever gets assigned your case as the GAL Investigating Office, please respectfully ask the judge for a new investigator. This office does not complete any task that the client request and charges for every single email even if they do not perform the duties requested. This office sole focus is the collection of payment and *NOT* ensuring the client gets a favorable GAL Report so therefore the Judge doesn’t get the full picture when deciding your case. Again, learn from my mistakes so you won’t make the same mistake as I did. I should of requested that this Law Office be removed from my case as the GAL Investigating Office when I first noticed the lack of communication issues but the retainer fee was already paid and I didn’t want to deal with another huge retainer fee.
