Richard Warder represented a close companion of mines. Ever since knowing him and his assistant Trina, they have been nothing but nice and responsive in regards to his case. Whenever we called we got assistance and if it was something that Tina didn’t have the information for she ensured that she would find out and get back with us. I really enjoyed visiting their office regardless of the circumstances. They were always friendly and never rude. Very affordable and willing to work with any and everybody. I highly recommend him and his staff members for any case. A great asset to your life if ever in any kind of trouble.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I regret hiring this man as my husband’s lawyer. I paid 1500 down and paid a few 400 dollar payments after that. He did absolutely nothing to help my husbands case. He presented my husband with a worse plea deal than the public defender did and when my husband didnt want to accept it Mr.Warder walked into court the next day and told the judge he no longer wanted to represent my husband. The whole point of hiring this man was to represent in court and he didnt even do that. I asked for a refund but he denied it. Now I feel like I just gave away all my money to them for nothing. Im out a couple thousand dollars and I still have to hire a new lawyer to take on my husbands case. Such an awful experience. Thanks for nothing Mr.Warder!

Critical: QualityI would suggest not hiring this man as your lawyer. He has no fight in him and seems as if he is not capable of his job. When you pay a lawyer to defend you, you do not expect them to put their tail between their legs and stagger off. You expect that lawyer to fight for you. Not one time that I met him did I see any fight in him. I’m sure he is probably a nice guy in general, but what’s the point in working as a lawyer if you cant do your best to fight for your clients? Wonderful lawyers office they worked hard on my husband’s case, he took the hard way out and it wasn’t the lawyer’s fault at all. Tina was there to answer all my questions anytime I called. Mr.warner always made sure he was clear about the case. Thank you guys for all your hard work – 🙂

I wouldn’t advise spending any money with this man his secretary is very rude out spoken over the phone. Apparently he puts in no work for his clients. If ur option is warder or public defender. Save ur money an go with the defender. Maybe in his young days he was decent but now. It’s time to retire Richard 25 years ago. He’s old an so is his technique of having things ur way in court. I lost a friendship with a buddy that had sent me there !
