Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueMy son who was 14 at the time of arrest was appointed by the state to Rick and boy let me tell you how rude, unprofessional, always late, very passive, and non compassionate this guy is. My son who is a MINOR CHILD who has never been in trouble before is still sitting in an adult jail without bail because of how horrible Rick handles things. I was told by Rick that he DOES NOT have to speak with me on any occasion because I, the MOTHER of a minor child who has no clue about the law and has NEVER been in any kind of trouble was told I am not his client so he does not have to speak to me.
