I’m selling my house and my buyers are using this firm. He rarely responds and took 2 weeks just to give me their response regarding the inspection! And he didn’t even respond. We had to go to their realtor because he wouldn’t return phone calls even after I threatened to walk.. Now I wish I had. I had asked if they wanted a basketball hoop and some other things at no charge and he literally never responded. Now we are supposed to close in 2 days and he just notified us after hours that the closing will be delayed over 2 weeks. It was on Friday so now we just have to wait all weekend when I’m already out of the house. Guaranteed he knew prior to 6pm on Friday when we close Tuesday that there was a problem with the loan. It’s horrible how they have handled this entire process. My attorney and realtor agree. It’s not normal. I hope if you use them, you have better luck but if that were me, I would never give them my money.

My mother passed away and left her property in her trust/will but because this is my first time dealing with this type of thing I didn’t know what to do to get it transfered. At first me and my family went to her lawyer that she used to when she was alive. That lawyer hustled us out of 300 for a consultation after implying it would be free and then tried to get a retainer for 3000 but luckily we didn’t go through with that. Since we still needed things taken care of we were back to square one. We looked online and found robert and at first were a little skeptical because of the reviews but needed help so reached out to at least get more info. So glad we did because they ended up taking such good care of us that after everything was settled we left a $100 tip to just say thanks, (my aunts idea). If you’re skeptical i definitely recommend reaching out to see how they can help, my only constructive criticism is according to my aunt who had most contact with them we had to follow up a couple times but nothing excessive. Beware! This is the worst attorney ever! I wish I knew how bad his service was. At my closing, he never showed up. He send his secretary which knew nothing. Besides that I paid for his service and I didn’t receive it. He should have rescheduled if he couldn’t make it but I found out when I was there that he wasn’t going to come and he send his secretary. There was charges that came up which Noone was able to explain because my attorney wasn’t there! The loan officer had not mention or I sign anything in regards..later found out my forms were changed at closing ..they must have pocket all the extra charges. Roy Taylor my loan officer and cheeley screw people. I was given the highest rate considering I had a perfect credit score. HE ALSO PUT ME ON A LOAN THAT DID NOT ALLOWED ME TO DO A REFINANCE. I WISH I NEVER HAD GONE FORWARD TO CLOSING. AND MAKE THEM RESCHEDULE. DON’T TAKE THIS RISK.. YOU WILL BE SCREW.

Stay away from this attorney office! They just wait to get money from you and then disappear. I bought a house in early 2016 and used them as the buyer’s attorney. Once closing was done and they got their payment, I have never been able to reach anybody in the office. There are many problems with the house I bought so I need them to follow up with those, but I called their office numerous times and all the receptionist kept saying is “Julie is on another line, I will forward the message and she will call you back”. But day by day, week by week, she never called back. I asked to talk to Robert Cheely as well, again NO ONE ever called back. They just want your easy money and run away. Don’t ever expect them to serve your need even for a tiny bit!
