Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, ValueI had an issue with the city of Delaware trying to say I owed nearly $2,400 in taxes from 2018 and 2019 when I was never a resident of Delaware. I had purchased a property in 2018 that resided in Delaware, but was never a resident until 2020. Even after providing them with substantial documentation showing I was not a resident of Delaware for those years, they dismissed me and said I would be sent to collections if I didn’t pay. This is when I retained Mr. Giffin. After a few emails and a few quick phone calls, Mr. Giffin was able to help me consolidate all of the documentation Delaware had requested, and submit it to them in person at their office. I received an email from Delaware within the next 3 days stating that I was no longer liable for the payments they demanded. It’s sad that I was shrugged off by the city until I had legal representation involved, but thanks to the efforts of Mr. Giffin, I was able to stand my ground. I would highly recommend his services for anyone that has a similar issue.I had an issue with the city of Delaware trying to say I owed nearly $2,400 in taxes from 2018 and 2019 when I was never a resident of Delaware.
